Methodology

Compatibility starts with the cart, not the product title.

Battery specs, kit contents, cart configuration and fitment evidence are tracked separately. That keeps a generic product claim from being treated as tray-specific fitment.

What we check

Electrical compatibility

Nominal system voltage and relevant battery discharge specifications.

Physical fit

Battery form factor, RXV tray configuration and known mounting or replacement-tray requirements.

Conversion parts

Charger, 12V converter, mounting hardware, charge port, wiring and other required parts.

Evidence levels

Manufacturer confirmed

The manufacturer explicitly identifies a kit for the relevant RXV tray or configuration.

Multiple installations

Several real installations support the fitment, but manufacturer-specific confirmation may still be missing.

Installation evidence

At least one real RXV installation or customer report exists, but exact tray fit may not be fully confirmed.

Inferred

The fitment looks plausible from the available data, but it is not confirmed enough to recommend as a supported fitment.

Not verified

We do not have enough evidence to make the claim.

What a supported fitment means

There is enough evidence to support that exact kit on the selected stock RXV configuration. It does not mean the kit is cheapest, easiest to install or best value.

Modified carts

Fitment support in the checker assumes the factory controller and motor. Aftermarket powertrain parts can change current demand, so modified carts need a separate compatibility check.

Where the fitment claims come from

Evidence records store the source type, URL, claim, confidence and verification date. That lets us update one claim without rewriting unrelated product data.
